Great hotel and unbeatable location in downtown Miami.

Lousy bellman service Understaffed check in Mixed floors No gym

i had a corner suite with a real comfy king size bed. it was super clean, beautiful views with windows all the way around the room! friendly staff, valet parking for a fee, pool was decent but the beach is very close by! highly recommend

Very nice staff at the front desk, great location. We definitly will comeback if the rate is around the same. Breakfast could be better.

The title says it all. I was upgraded to a spectacular room with a gran view of Biscayne bay that was as spectacular at night as by day...hard to leave the room with a view like that. Look forward to next visit.

The hotel is new , nice design, clean , clear and very comfortable, to stay with family or business.

very good hotel but american airlines was terrible two canceled flights bas service

the hotel staff were very help full and nice the hotel was in downtown area and next to shopping and easy to get around of Miami

Old And ugly. I was expecting much more for a 4 star hotel . It is lime a motel We have to move to another hotel After the 1st night.

Awesome hotel. Staff didn't seem too friendly. Or at least didn't smile too much.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. I was in town for a quick business meeting which was walking distance to the hotel. There are several great restaurants to eat at within a 3 block radius. The staff is top notch. I ordered room service which arrived within 20 minutes and was outstanding. This is definitely not an ideal location if you are wanting to explore South Beach, but I highly recommend it for downtown business meetings.

My friends and I went to miami for memorial weekend. we stayed in one of the residence rooms. It had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedroom. Instead of going out to eat every night, we saved money by going grocery shopping and cooking our own food. There was a supermarket just walking distance from the hotel, about three blocks. There's great clubs right near the hotel. I know a lot of people suggest collins street and washington ave but I found the area a lil on the younger crowd. We went to a club called Mia and they played a mixed variety of music like hip hop, reggae, and r&b. It was 5 minutes away from the hotel. Then there was the club blue martini, located 6 blocks from hotel at 9th and miami ave, they played house music. So if you don't want to spend expensive cab fare every night, theres always great, and fun places to go to by the hotel. Its also a nice and quiet area away from the party and club scene.

GRAT HOTEL, NIVE LOCATION, WALKING DISTANCE FROM RESTAURANTS, IN THE HEARTH OF THE FINANCIAL DISTRICT

Staff is very friendly. We foud the location was excellent! Nice!

Business traveler, very good location, good food, great atmosphere

While the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice- this hotel was a disappointment. I felt like I spent the whole time going up and down different elevators. You have to go up to the lobby, go down to your room and take another elevator to the pool. It was really annoying. The pool was fine- nothing special at all. This hotel is really only good if you are on business and have work to do in the financial district.

Good experience, in general. The hotel lacks a more informal dining facility. The guest is practically forced to eat at the restaurant in the facility. I went to eat a light dinner at the adjacent Marriott

The location was nice, as was the restaurant, but not worth the money I paid. We had a deluxe bay view for just under $300 and were very surprise how small the room was. The view was also obstructed by a large hotel or condo so you could only see part of the bay from a couple blocks away. The was also no balcony in the room which would have been nice. There was also no shuttle service to the airport or in our case, the cruise pier. And the elevators were a but odd in that one shaft went from the ground floor to floor 25 (where you check in) and you had to take another to your room, so you had to transfer on the 25th floor each time you came or went.

Enjoyable stay, good service, will come back
