Front desk attendant was amazing. She helped us store our luggage and got us checked into our room a little earlier. The wifi is pretty slow and we don’t have coffee in our room, the steamer was broken. All in all still good, but coffee, a steamer and better wifi would Make it much better.

Room was way bigger than what we imagined. Very comfy bed, and ample storage space. Perfect location within walking distance of City Centre and the people mover stop was at the end of the block. Overall an amazing suite, with great location, great staff and will now be our #1 go to spot for our pre and post cruise trips.

Overall great stay, the layout of the suite with the two rooms was perfect for my family of 4 since my mother was with us. The suite was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus.
