20-25 minute ride from Miami airport. Stayed here the night before a cruise and it was a pretty good stay. The staff was friendly and the computer station downstairs was a plus when I forgot to print my luggage tags. There’s also free coffee and tea downstairs 24/7 which was awesome. The area around the hotel is pretty residential, with a gas station across the street. I walked to the Walgreens in about 10 minutes which was nice to buy anything that you may have forgotten to pack. Breakfast was good and they had a pretty cool pancake station. It did get pretty busy, but it was also a busy cruise embarkation day so it was to be expected. The staff kept the breakfast stations well stocked and clean consistently. My only negative was the quality of the rooms. The walls are pretty thin and if you have some rowdy neighbors like us you will be able to hear them. They kept us up for a good majority of the night, which was disappointing after a long trip.

A quick overnight before cruise. It wasn’t as close to the Brickell area as I was led to believe by reading. We took a free trolley down for dinner and they quit early, leaving us to walk back. Sunday. A shuttle was offered for the cruise, $15 per person. Pool area nice, we did not use. Room clean and small. No closet, no coffee pot. Breakfast was nuts busy, my husband went down. I usually just have some fruit or a pastry and he said they had neither. The only person we dealt with was a young girl. Didn’t get her name but she was great.
