Everything was good, very limited options on the buffet. We got accommodated on the bottom floor near the entrance to the front desk. And it was very noisy
the hotel should not remove the bracelet at check out. It should be done until the tourist is gone because you cannot access the lunch buffet which we paid for
The staff is beyond friendly the food is incredible definitely coming back

Centrally located to shopping. Clean and safe. Only one negative: Coffee maker in room would not work and the replacement would not work either. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

I have always loved Hotel Plaza Mazatlan, it’s a great location if you just want to have a great time by the beach. Not a quiet place, so if that’s what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. My only complaint is not with the hotel but with Orbitz who pulled the old bait and switch on us again. This hotel is all inclusive, and when you book it through Orbitz they very clearly implied that all inclusive is part of your purchase. Then you will get to the hotel and find out you have to pay another $50 a day for the inclusive. This is the second time Orbitz has done this to us!
Safe, clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet. Could never get a TV channel guide to match the TV. Every guide I was given was out dated and inaccurate. Frustrating!
The resort grounds are extensive with many pools and a large beach front. If you are looking for a resort with few children, this place is not for you. Children seem to take over every pool. A larger pool should be set aside for adults only. The room was recently remodeled but disappointing. It was lacking a desk table and more lighting. Do not get an ocean view room on the north side because is is noisy and over looks a public beach with lots of trash and a night club. Not an attractive view. We were on the all inclusive plan. The specialty restaurants and dinner show were very good. The buffet was adequate. Most of the staff service was excellent.
Rooms should to be wet mopped daily. Sand was noticable on the floors each day. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
Activity’s director never got back to us with our restaurant reservations…had an issue with checkout. The waiter Carlos in the Terraza buffet was very attentive and courteous also bellman Rodolfo was very informative. Thnks to then our stay was pleasant.

too many rules, not all staff on same plan, other than 1 young employee refused to let us sit until all parties present, all others sat us and within minutes party complete he said i cannot sit you till everyone is present otherwise you will be using a table for six with only 2 felt it unjustified and everytime he was at the door he was rude and obnoxious
Two days before trip I had emergency surgery and from there they sent me to rehab I will be here about 2 more weeks I hope. I need some time to take care of business and then I. will be of
