This was a fantastic stay. Condo is in a perfect location to access everything in downtown Memphis. Easy walking to many really great restaurants just around the corner, Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., Peabody Hotel, etc., and felt very safe moving about in spite of media portrayals of Memphis. Property is as described and very well stocked (thanks for all the extra water!). Great location for us traveling with our dog, plenty of walking areas right around the condo and very close to beautiful riverside park. Parking and access were super easy and secure.

Very nice and very comfortable condo in a historic building. Love the brick! They left a little Christmas tree for us to enjoy during our stay. J.R. was very helpful and quick to respond. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, museums, and the river.

A great location. So handy to everything. A short walk to Beale St, but far enough that you don’t hear the night life. The host is excellent at communication and supplies you with all the information you need for a great stay. Would definitely book again, it’s clean, comfortable and exactly what it looks like on the photos. 10/10

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

This condo really is gorgeous and we loved staying here. It's set up for guest comfort and ease, and the owner has an amazing website of his own with excellent recommendations for food, music, and culture. You don't need a car if you stay here, you can literally walk everywhere that matters. I'd stay here again in a hot minute!

Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers.

The property was exactly as advertised. perfect accommodations. I can't imagine a better location for Beale, the civil right museum and the waterfront. All easy safe walks. Main st appears to be undergoing a renaissance, which will make it even beter

Great stay!

Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

All Around Excellent

Great location within walking distance to Beale Street and tons of restaurants. Just as pictured in a cute historic building. We really appreciated the little extras like the bottled water, mints and coffee. Highly recommend!
