Urgent Refund Request – Unacceptable Hotel Conditions Dear Hotels.com Support, I am requesting a refund for my recent booking due to extremely unacceptable conditions. The room had a mouse, the tub was dirty, the phone and hair dryer did not work, and the towels had stains while the sheets had holes. The breakfast was misleading—only light coffee and waffles. The hotel atmosphere was unsafe and not kid-friendly, which forced me to leave a day early during my friend’s wedding trip. This property did not match the description on your website, and the stay failed to meet basic standards. I am requesting a refund for the full stay, or at minimum, the night I could not remain there. Please confirm receipt and next steps.

Room was clean, AC was great (both for cooling and warming), really liked the smell of the shampoo, and the bed was clean and cozy. Husband and I dozed off for 12 hrs! Breakfast selection was a lil limited, but honestly for the price it was all great. Room was missing the iron for the ironing board though, and no hairdryer. There were a few loud individuals at 2am, but they were gone very quick. I suppose it happens in any hotel.

The first room smelled like smoke. The front desk was able to switch us to a different room. The staff was accommodating and somewhat friendly. The continental breakfast was not much, but they do have a waffle maker. This is an adequate hotel for someone on a budget.
