We were very impressed. Stayed as a family, pleased with the three bedroom apartment - had a washer/dryer, and all the cooking utensils we needed. Very comfortable. Happy there is reception desk unlike other properties. Requested extra towels, and got assistance with luggage. Great view from the rooftop pool and good location. Would definitely stay again

A nice comfortable stay. The rooms are small but met our needs. The only disappointment was the lack of lighting in the bathroom. There was one down light for the whole bathroom which meant showers in the dark and hard to do makeup. Staff were friendly and the location is good for exploring Melbourne CBD

Spacious, clean Apartment

We loved our stay at the Wyndham Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious, clean throughout and quiet overnight. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The check-in process was very fast. The hotel is in a great central location, within easy walking distance to everything in the CBD and public transport. The off-site parking building they recommended using was a bit of a hike from the hotel. We were granted a free late check-out on the morning of our departure, which was appreciated, but would have liked to have been told this was ok when I asked about it at check-in, instead of being told to ring reception the next morning. We would definitely stay here again and I do recommend it for a family of 4 to stay in.

We recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel on William Street and overall had a very positive experience. Pros: • We received a courtesy pre-arrival phone call, which was a thoughtful and helpful touch. • The room layout worked well for our family. Although the second bedroom was quite tight, it was still workable. • Modern, clean facilities with great kitchen and laundry amenities—very handy for a longer stay. • Surprisingly quiet for a city location, making for a restful sleep. • Reception staff were friendly and helpful. • Excellent location close to restaurants, trams, and city attractions. • Secure parking nearby for $30/day with multiple exits—super convenient. Cons: • The shower water pressure was underwhelming. • Beds were too soft for our preference. • Some issues with key cards not working, but reception resolved them promptly. Overall: A well-located, family-friendly hotel with modern amenities and thoughtful service. A few small drawbacks, but they didn’t take away from an otherwise comfortable and convenient stay.

This is our 2nd stay at Wyndham & it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff, quiet secure and well presented. Great location as we were able to easily walk everywhere & didn't have to use the car. Will definitely stay there again.

On the whole our stay was okay. But we had issues from the beginning. Our Tv/Foxtel didnt work - took till the next day to resolve. Needed a luggage stand and did not get one till the next day. Our toilet seat supposedly self close ' slammed shut' . Dust behind the bed head. Plus really disappointingly on checkout your reception lady did not engage with me and never offered ' Thankyou for Staying at Wyndham!!' Generally Disappointed..
