5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.



Guest Limit Policy:

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 11. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted.
