Hotel is close to a nice big park and walking distance center, hotel has nice views from room over the city. No outside area where you can sit and enjoy a nice day. Rooms have nice space, very well equiped and maintaine, Bath room has seperate shower. Without asking and not being member they upgraded me to junior suite. Limited staff during the evening, Staff is doing their job good but don’t give special home feeling. (More in background let things running) One restaurant which is good, bar area feels like put away. Coffee area also not great to site and have small meeting lot of noise from ballroom if meeting is ongoing. Overal reasonable price/quality and good to stay for city trip. Less for business then you need get access to club that place is good to have small talk
Really enjoyed my stay. Superb facilities and staff were all excellent. Will definitely be back next time I come to Melbourne. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was very quiet and we'll stocked. Even had an umbrella in case of rain!
I have stayed here on numerous occasions and always found a consistently high standard of service, food and room quality. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a visit to Melbourne and wants a centrally located hotel.
We stayed here for just one night and I didn't want to leave. Everything you could ask for from a luxury hotel. Old world luxury. An unlimited list of amenity's and very helpful staff that went above and beyond. My partner had broken his leg and they were very accommodating with helping with our bags, providing an ice pack, even pushing the car seat back from him so he could get in easily. Would highly recommend
Stayed recently at the Park Hyatt hotel in melbourne. It was a surprise for me since is my first time staying here. The location is just at the edge of the CBD area which is quiet and less busy. The room is spacious and with walk in closet with big bath tub. Bed was comfortable.
If you are reading a review on here about the park hyatt chances are you don’t know Melbourne at all. It’s a good location and is the best hotel in town (Sofitel is close). The base room has a tv in the bathroom so you can sit back in the spa and relax! Nothing bad to ever say about this place.
I stayed for two nights this week after an 8 year absence. I found the staff friendly and efficient, the room clean, if becoming a little worn and outdated now and the location excellent for my needs. I would happily stay again.
This was our first stay at The Park Hyatt Melbourne. This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location, within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and theaters. We stayed in a Park Deluxe Spa Room. It was a comfortable, well appointed room, with a great view.
We were on a seven week vacation and this hotel was without a doubt a true highlight. The room was fabulous the staff was great food perfect all in all a 10 on any level I heartily recommend this hired location was perfect it was comfortable quiet and the air conditioning worked which is an important thing for us overall could not be happier
A good hotel but probably best suited to conferences and business needs. Lacked a little personal touch, and while the staff were helpful, there was a lack of personal attention. The room was large and well appointed, 11th Floor, no view and light out in the slow flushing toilet. Everything is well maintained but I think you would be better off at the Park Hyatt on Collins. When requesting an extended check out, we got 1/2 hour!
