The building and facilities are on the newer side and comfortable, but we were put near the elevator and ice machine. It was loud all night. The hotel was no where near full and I specifically mentioned wanting a quiet room. The breakfast was subpar for a Best Western and I've stayed in many as a regular traveler for business/work. When we inquired about a late check out, we were informed it would have a charge. In noting this was unusual, compared with our typical experience, it came up that I'm a Diamond Select member. In noting that, the check in would have been different as well and I'll leave it at that. I could have given a lower score, however the facility itself was good.

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was normal according to hotels but bland and tasted just like it came out of a can or freezer. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to see because there is no lighting or entrance sign. Our stay was higher than acceptable according to most hotels.

The room was clean and spacious. The issues I had was the bed was too tall, hard to get onto. The mattress cover kept popping off all night. The pillows were just awful. The TV kept timing out all night and with my PTSD, I needed it on to sleep. The shower is outdated. Get rid of the tiny tub. 4 hand holds does not make it accessible. So overall I got very little sleep and an awful shower to help wake me up before my 8 hr drive and 13 hr day. Sorry but will not plan to return unless some of these items get better.
