The rooms were pleasant. BK was well below expectations.

Unorganized when we arrived. Front desk needed to leave to check on if room was clean. Bathroom fan is horribly noisy. Free breakfast is bananas, hard boiled eggs & yogurt. We had breakfast at Sharis, that was an extra $25.00. Very disappointing. Also other guest said don’t use the hot tub because it’s dirty.

Room was good. Communication from staff was poor. (didn't explain wifi code, pet policy, etc.)

Small parking places.We only got a bag with 2 gronola bars and a capri sun in it for breakfast. Coffee was bad too. The room was quite and clean though

The room was clean and it appears HBO is included. The electric door lock was unreliable taking 5 -10 tries to open the room door. The side entrance door card reader was out of service. The room's bath vent fan didn't work. Although the room was clean the mini frig was not cleaned out -- i.e. there was half eaten food left from the previous guest. The hotel lobby reeks of a harsh chlorine smell from the adjacent indoor pool. The owner staff was okay at check-in, but clearly ignored any guest issue. Overall recommendation: avoid La Quinta -- all of them are poorly run and in various stages of disrepair.

This place is shabby, some staff friendly others not. Homeless people live in the parking lot. Asked for maid service, never done, 6 days there. We had to go get fresh towels and sheets. Dirty carpet & toilet seat loose and seat was way past its time, peeling. Dirty parking lot & hard to park due to multiple vehicles with people living there and semi trucks. Would not stay here again.

Intoxicated individuals hanging out in the parking lot at the entrance to the hotel upon arrival. Pool was dirty to the point we wouldn't let our kids in it. Floors and carpets were severely stained and dirty. Beds did not include a comforter but only a sheet and thin blanket. Shower floor was very dirty as though it hadn't been cleaned. In room air conditioning unit worked but made a terrible noise when it was on that did interrupt sleep. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had and would not recommend the place to any other families looking for a place to stay.

It was rather dirty. The corridors were filthy. Pool o oy had dirty towels (and a lot). Staff on their phones watching youtube or something. Pack and go br3ak

Easy access, and clean nice rooms. Mostly quiet and comfortable even though it was near hwy.

We came after midnight because of our fliggt the staff was very friendly and because of covid the breakfast was a muffin and orange juice but it hit the spot.

Close to food and freeway but the room was dirty, like mold in the toilet dirty. I got bitten by a bug the second night we were there.

Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. They came across as if they were being bothered helping customers. During our stay, we saw 4 staff members and none of them were wearing masks while on the job; 2 were coughing. The facility was dirty. DO NOT Stay here...travel the extra distance to the next hotel.

Easy check in. Clean Room.Staff is friendly. The hotel is Pet friendly. So thats always a perk.
