REGLAS DE PROPIEDAD:

1) Cada huésped y visitante debe estar registrado y debe mostrar su Pasaporte o identificación válida en la entrada del edificio.
2) TODO MENOR DE 18 AÑOS DEBE ESTAR CON SUS PADRES O TRAER PERMISO NOTARIAL.
3) El uso del apartamento solo está permitido para fines residenciales, comerciales o de ocio, no se permiten fiestas de ningún tipo.
4) Cualquier daño causado al apartamento o a las pertenencias de la propiedad deberá ser notificado y será cobrado.
5) En caso de incendio, no utilice el ascensor.
6) Está terminantemente prohibido fumar cualquier tipo de sustancia en las instalaciones del edificio y en el apartamento, incluyendo cigarrillos y tabaco, hay un cargo de $ 50.0 USD si se encuentra fumando adentro.
7) No está permitido dejar ningún tipo de artículos u objetos con los guardias de seguridad en el edificio.
8) Se permiten mascotas pero hay que tener cuidado.
9) EL TRÁFICO SEXUAL Y DE DROGAS ES UN DELITO, TODO ABUSO DE DROGAS, TRÁFICO DE MENORES O TRÁFICO DE PERSONAS SE DENUNCIARÁ A LAS AUTORIDADES. SEGÚN LA LEY 679 DE 2001, SE PROHÍBE ESTRICTAMENTE EL INGRESO DE MENORES DE EDAD A CUALQUIER ESTABLECIMIENTO TURÍSTICO CON FINES DE PROSTITUCIÓN O ABUSO SEXUAL
10) Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto en todo momento.
11) Cada vez que salga del apartamento, apague las luces y deje las ventanas y la puerta de entrada cerradas.
12) Por favor, no deje las llaves dentro del apartamento. La puerta quedará bloqueada, impidiendo que se abra desde el exterior. Un cerrajero te trae un costo extra. Cada juego adicional de llaves tiene un costo de $25.0 USD.
13) Para conservar el medio ambiente, te pedimos que seas responsable con el consumo de agua y luz.
14) La seguridad del edificio no se responsabiliza por pérdidas en el interior del apartamento. Para su seguridad, existen cámaras de vigilancia controladas por una empresa de seguridad privada en el vestíbulo y los ascensores.
15) El check-out es a las 11:00 a.m. Por favor, tire la basura del apartamento en el shut y entregue las llaves al anfitrión. Asegúrese de informarnos su hora de salida y deje las ventanas y la puerta aseguradas.
