Everything was Great. Only issue was no pool as under construction. But too busy to have used. Staff great. Breakfast and facilities great.

Very polite staff, nice restaurant and comfortable rooms.

If you are an American or otherwise, this is one of the best hotels in Medellin, Colombia. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, or anything else you may be looking for. Great staff and great rooms. bob

My experience was very nice. The hotel personnel was very courteous; the room was excellent as well as the taxi service. I will definetely come back to this hotel, excellent job!

The hotel was very clean, the hotel employees were courtesous and very helpful. I would highly recommend it. Also, it is close to everything in Medellin.

The hotel is a very friendly and accomodiating hotel for guests from the USA. The hotel is conviently located to all points of interest in Medellin. I recommend this hotel to any foreign guests traveling to medellin. bob mcguffey

the hotel is located in a good spot next to the oviedo mall. some of the rooms have nice views. but some of the views only face the parking lot. there are problems with bringning guests to the hotel. i had a friend come over to visit, and they would not allow him to even sit in the lobby area. they made him stand outside in the rain for 20 minutes.

GREAT LOCATION-GIGANTIC MALL NEXT DOOR-CLOSE CASINOS- EXCELLENT NIGHT LIFE VENUES. SAFE LOCATION-GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD.

Excellent experience. Room small but enough for Business trip.

The Four Points Sheraton Medellin was a good hotel. The hotel is hollow in the middle and noise from the lobby can be heard in your room all throughout the night. That being said, I wouldn't say I got any quality sleep. If you are a business traveler, I wouldn't count on the wireless internet connection. Even though they say they have the best wireless internet around, if it should rain during your stay, you can forget it. Luckily I was able to still access the internet, but by way of a local connection. Unfortunately, I was charged as if I was making a phone call for the use of this feature and I personally don't think I should have been charged considering wireless internet was free. I was totally in disagreement with this, but unfortunately I didn't notice until I had already left the hotel. On my first night in the hotel, I had no signal on my television. Since it was a holiday, I was told the technician was not available and that I could change rooms, or wait until morning. I had already unpacked my bags, and placed my toiletries in the bathroom, so it would have been a huge inconvenience to move. I did without the TV for the night, but I was a little frustrated that I had to remind them in the AM that my TV wasn't working. I also had a problem with the phone in my room. I wasn't able to make any 320 area code calls from my room. I was told 320 was a new area code for the city, so it wasn't working properly. That being said, I had to use the hotel's fax machine to make calls to my friends who lived in the area. That too was a huge inconvenience.
