So not what i expacted. So not worth the cost. Highly dissapointed. The worst is the noise in this hotel. Thin walls. Slamming doors. Didnt sleep well all my stay. No lock on the door as in every hotel in the world. Noise from aircondition as well. The maintenence of the hotel is so bad it was so surprising. Poor breakfast for this hotel level. Not enough employees . You see them running all day. Sime moments were really emrassing Where is the mangament in all of this who know. Preety sad actually.

Never Again! Insulting treatment! I stay happily in Marriott hotels in the different parts of the world however this was the worst experience in my whole life. My reservation was for 2 people but I was checking in alone because my girlfriend arrives to the city after 4 hours. They asked me my gf's ID. I told them her name but I didn't have her ID with me because I cannot carry someone else's ID with me especially the one who was in the plane. Hotel Manager John J told me that I have to pay 175,00 USD for extra person. However my reservation was already for 2 people and I am was not getting the 3rd person. So there was no extra guest. The hotel manager John J told me that anyone I bring the hotel will be the extra person if I don't have her ID with me at the check in. And I told him that I cannot carry someone else's ID or passport with me again. He said "how long your guest will stay with you? For 1 hour or for whole stay? I told him that it is for whole stay but what does it mean?? He told me that they cannot accept a woman in the hotel who will stay for some short time. That made me furious! I told them many times that my gf is coming but they did treat me like I am bringing an escort to the hotel. I had to wait for my girlfriend at the lobby for 4 more hours to make check in not to pay 175,00 USD. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. The towels in the room were dirty when we enter the room but they changed it when I asked them to change.

The hotel is brand new and fabulous. It is clean, and very modern. The location is excellent, in the Poblado, close enough to the restaurants etc. for a short walk but far enough away to be quiet. The Lounge is fantastic, the team there absolutely takes care of you (Sebastian, Arnovis and Diana are awesome). The Gym is absolutely fabulous. Probably the best hotel gym I have ever had the pleasure of using.

I would like to start by apologizing for the inconveniences you mentioned, it has come to my attention that the service you received during your stay did not meet your expectations. Please be sure that I will manage this situation with the management team involved to monitor and avoid all these issues happen again because the experience you described is not characteristic of the level of service our associates strive to provide and not the usual provided by our high Marriott standards. All people must be registered, for safety and in case of emergency. In that registry the establishments must identify how many people are at home in case of an evacuation. The Hotel as a policy must obey with the security protocols of Marriott International Inc., and the Colombian Law as indicated in the Tourism Code: ACCOMMODATION ESTABLISHMENTS: Hotel or lodging establishments must include in the hotel registration card (document that is processed when the tourist arrives at the accommodation establishment), Law 679 of August 3, 2001 and Law 1329 of 17 July 2009. I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again.
