cheap hotel but if you just need a bed for the night. You're ok with this place.

The room is small but clean. Bed uncomfortable and noisy. The door looks like someone kicked it in at some point. No one told me that I had to ask for air conditioning. It was 83 degrees in the room all night so I didn't sleep well. I had been tired from traveling all weekend and I didn't feel like packing up all my belonging to move to another room Bc thatnis what I thought it was. The ac was leaking water on the floor. Needless to say this is the first and last time I will be staying there.

when ever i leave the room i feel that i was not going ti find my bags when i get back, it feels insecure. not clean at all in the comun areas, a little better in the rooms. i think that for the same amount of money i can find a something better.

The hotel was undergoing some kind of construction so it was very dirty. The room was the worst! The A/C vents were dirty and rusty. The sheets were stained and not very appealing. The bed felt as if we were sleeping on the bed box spring. All in all not a very good place to stay!

The hotel is clean i definitely recommend it...i will definitely return back to this hotel

was not to pare with the value that they charge. i was very upset with the service

I loved staying at this hotel is clean and comfortable for my family i will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends its nice and quiet..

You just can't beat it for the price. Way better than Motel 6 and costs less too! Graet location, big king bed, nice rooms and look at the price. Great value. I would reccomend it for the budget traveller or anyone trying to save a few bucks. and Mcallen is nice too, great weather.

It is a decent room, better by far than motel 6. Look at the price! Can't beat it for value. Close to stores and the mall. City bus stops out frront. Shuttle to Mexico, three bucks, half a block away. You wont beat it for the price.

Holes in the floor, funny smell in the room, no heating, dirty blankets.

Dont go is awfull and even is TRUE , this website doesn allow tho writte the complete true. Please Check your hotels this do not value even a star

It was quite and great staff. Will definitely book again

Very good budget hotel. Very near from mcallen mall

el hotel por la ubicacion esta excelente, pero le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, ya que las secadoras de pelo las tienen desconectadas y con fallas en la electricidad

Guess you get what you pay for... smelly rooms, no hairdryer, not even phone to call the front desk. Beware this is a pirate hotel as is not related to the copa inn chain. Or bout 10 usd more you can get much better hotels

When I reserve this hotel I thought it was the one across the Plaza Mall, because is from the same brand and the Cost it was the same of the hotel across the mall. My surprise was that when we found out that we made a wrong reservation we were expecting something similar regarding the place that we were going to stay, it was a shocking surprise. The Motel, because you cannot call it hotel it was so small, but the worst part is the room it was old, it has fungus because of the humidity all over the room, the bed and the chair were broken the room was not clean it had dust all over the place, the bath room terrible. There was no water pressure to take a shower. Because the reservation t was already charge we lose our money for that reservation because we left the motel and we moved to another hotel really nice and for the same price across the shopping mall.

The staff did an outstanding job on accommodating. The place is cheap; if all you need is a bed.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el servicio de la recepcionista fue muy bueno, bastante amable. La habitación estaba limpia pero está deteriorada.

Dirty hotel. Made me ay twice. Said they hadn't been paid. Front desk refused to ttalk to me or company.

Good for shopping in plaza malla, because its very close
