Got there around midnight and there was NO ONE at the front desk. We literally had to go looking for staff just to check in… already made me feel uneasy. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I finally went to the back and someone came out. He kept apologizing and handed me “breakfast vouchers because of the wait” like sir… I booked this hotel KNOWING breakfast was already included (or we already paid for it).
