Very comfortable. Well situated Superb price Very clean room Our second visit. Not our last. Love the fact that there is a useful kitchen Impressed that every room has a balcony Very quiet place Close to the metro and buses so that travel was good

Hotel location near Castellane market & Perier metro station. Easy to access downtown & port. Great price for a room where one can cook & store delicious cheeses to bring home. Bathroom has great water pressure & a bath!

We stayed in room 518 for 3 nights. It's a good sized room with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom with a good water pressure. The hotel is extremely basic and really dated, with very visible tear and wear. The hobs switches in the kitchenette lost the labels indicating heat levels and took ages to heat up. The air con was not working at all even if set to 5 degrees and the room felt like a greenhouse with over 20 degrees outside. The bulb in the kitchenette was melted and the extractor fan wasn't working. There were ants in the kitchen as well. On the other side, the breakfast was good with great selection.

The room was very spacious with good amenities provided for a short term self catering stay. The bed was very very comfortable and the views from the balcony excellent.Early Sunday morning we were woken by the bells resounding from the Basilique Du Sacre Coeur....wonderful sounds! The breakfast was extremely good and well worth the extra on the bill. A whole spectrum of food and drinks.Loved the underground parking(although a public car park the hotel has a heavily discounted arrangement for its guests). A ton of local shops in the immediate vicinity for food etc and despite the area being a very busy industrious area of the city in the main it was great to see the true heart of this metropolis! Very fast free WIFI! Staff were always polite and friendly. We had a major problem with our door card which the hotel took 24 hours to fix.In my opinion that is not acceptable. The Hotel should have resolved that issue immediately. It spoilt an otherwise excellent review. There were some other minor aspects of the room which needed attention but these were fixed within a few hours.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean good sized room. Good to have balcony. Place could do with a freshening up such as lick of paint and make the balcony more appealing but otherwise a satisfactory place to stay.

We were there from 1st-3rd September. We took a room with a balcony which added to the quality of our stay as given the heat we sat out on it til quite late. We were top floor at at night it was very quiet. Bearing in mind we were only paying £50 a night I wasn't too surprised at the quality of room. It was clean and it had a good big and comfortable bed and the linen was clean. We had a little kitchen area which we used a wee bit - again clean and effective. There is no doubt that the overall fixtures and fittings could do with a fresh lick of paint and replacement, but it didn't spoil our stay. We liked the location as it was very handy for the excellent street markets on the Avenue du Prado (which sells everything including matresses!) and were cool to browse through. Staff friendly and helpful as they could be. Still a location were being able to talk French a distinct advantage - mine was derived form the schools days but was surprised how much came back. All in a all a 'fine' stay and if on a budget I would go back, but would be nice to see them spend some money on it.

Well located aparthotel, minutes from Perier Metro station, supermarkets and lively local market. Good service, even for a very late arrival. Spacious, well equipped room but rather smelly and in need of redecoration. The communal areas in particular were quite unclean and poorly maintained. However overall it was fine and decent value for money.

. This was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A few reasons why: -stained and soiled bedsheets -fungus growing in kitchen -room in total disrepair -showers with mould -dirty rags left in guest wardrobes -disgusting customer service from staff (no rooms ready until evening, 3 different attempts to provide a clean room, verbal abuse) -hotel policy for guests to empty their own bins not advertised (or else there's at 50 Euro fine) -requested a refund after 3 unsuccessful attempts to provide me with a clean room but hotel policy 'not to do that'

I understand everyone has different standards when it comes to hotels. With that being said, I was not happy with my stay at this property. I can give a quick pros and cons list to help anyone who is thinking of staying here. Pros: -Breakfast selection was surprisingly good (Especially the coffee) -Most rooms come with a balcony -Great placement in the city. -Comes with a stove and microwave (and utensils) -Relatively quiet, with the exception of the traffic (Nothing they can do about that though). -Free wifi Cons: -Rude employees at check-in desk. -If there is a problem with your room, it will take forever for them to fix it. Our entire floor had no air conditioning for two weeks and had no hot water for four days (Stayed for one month). -Breakfast is expensive. -The maids are inconsistent. While they would drop off towels frequently, they would forget to do other tasks, like restocking toilet paper and soap. It came to the point where they just totally stopped changing the bed sheets out. -They will charge you a 50 Euro cleaning fee if you leave any dishes dirty when you leave. -wifi was weak and constantly had to sign back in to use. -Etc. Overall, I would probably not stay at this hotel again just because of my frustrating experience. Not an awful place, but there are definitely better hotels to spend your nights in Marseille.

Well the beds were very confortable, quite room, nice air condicitioning, and it is close to the city center, metro and buses and more close to the nice market just at the corner, we can get anything there they are everyday only for few hours and then it is free to walk all the way to the city center
