2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I came here for one night. The room had a big butterfly upon entering the room. The room is not equipped with anything. AC is blowing hot air in summer. I reported this to the receptionist and they changed the room to me but it was the same AC situation. I was not able to sleep from the hotness inside my room. I was counting the minutes to leave.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to train station, bus station, laundry mat and a short taxi ride to jema n fnaa. The room was clean. The housekeeper was lovely. My only complaint is that we were looking forward to using the swimming pool but it was too cold. There was no one but us and we left within 5 minutes. So disappointing.
