The property, front desk, spa, restaurant, and bell man were fabulous. Overall, it was a great place to stay. This is a one star review for only 1 reason. If you are in room 219- beware. The patio door does not lock! I reported 3 times, including once to the manager. I took video of my attempts trying to lock it. The lock does not engage. This is a private patio, and the chances of someone climbing up are minimal. However, as a solo female traveler, it is disheartening that my request was not taken seriously or I was offered to switch rooms. Each time the desk said a technician would be sent, but nothing changed. The patio door still did not lock when I checked out.

This was my final night in Morocco and I’d stayed in varied accommodation over the week on a group tour and had decided to upgrade for the final night. This was a nice enough room but not worth the significant additional money compared to the other places I’d stayed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good but it was very loud at night. The eggs at breakfast were bland although the coffee was good. I also ordered room service, they originally got the wrong order, it then took over half an hour to get the right thing which tasted off. Fine for one night but I was glad I used vouchers and didn’t stay longer.

Nice boutique hotel with friendly and efficient staff in good location. I was offered a welcome gift of fruit and cookies which was much appreciated. Breakfast buffet is excellent and served early. The hotel has a rooftop bar where the restaurant menu is also available. The only downside to the hotel is that, although there are 2 pools, they are very small and not meant for swimming.

Disliked - the pool was a bird bath. 20/30 pigeons used it as a bath every morning. I would not like to swim in that! Liked - staff were very attentive, expecially the breakfast team. They were excellent.

A brilliant stay with the family. The hotel provided a great breakfast. The hotel had two small swimming pools and a spa onsite. The hotel was in a good location, walkable to local restaurants. Taxis available outside the hotel. The hotel planned two day trips for us which we enjoyed. Staff were welcoming and always willing to help.
