The staff is very kind and help us for everything
This hotel was great. The free shuttle bus to Medina was a bonus. Our daughter loved going to mini club, and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. In particular Zouzou and Hasna were super at their job in the kids club and the nightly entertainment. We loved the hotel amenities and the food was fantastic booth in quantity, quality and variety. We will be back.
Fantastic Resort- Only complaint is staff can not speak English. Spa is not worth it.
We stayed in the hotel to end our 10 day trip in Morocco. Previously we stayed in 2 different Riads in the Marrakech Medina and a 5 star hotel in Essaouira and comparing to them we were disappointed. The hotel is far away, the rooms are average, dark and very simple, especially the bathroom. The food in the hotel is terrible and I'm suprised that so many French and Italians travel there and are able to eat this heated up, blunt dishes. The only nice thing to eat was an omlet for breakfast as it is served fresh (prepared in front of you), almond milk adn pastries. The quality of alcohol was poor as well. Juices were not freshly squeezed but seemed to have water and sugar added. We were although amazed by the amount of activities organized on the site: golf, archery, aqua gimnastics, cooking lessons just to mention a few and all that was included in the all-inclusive price. The pools were very nice too. Water was very warm in them and it was nice to linger and sunbath around them. The only thing is to either better bring your own beach towel, or you will need to pay a deposit of 150 dirhams every day and pick them up from the reception. Although we had to log-out by noon we could stay until 5pm and were given a room for 20 minutes to shower and prepare for the trip, which was fantastic. Staff was overall friendly and it was cool to be taken by the golf car. Free shuttle to Medina was handy but the last one was back too early, especially when Marrakech lives by night. No gluten free food was available on the site and there was a very bad internet connection, which disqualifies this hotel from being a 5 star resort. It's mostly designed to host big group tours. There are so many better places to stay in Marrakech and you can also find great food there in reasonable prices which doesn't have to be all Moroccan.
