Despite the property being a bit dated, it is well located, clean, close to restaurants & a great grocery store. The proximity to Pictured Rocks is a huge plus, I will stay here again when I revisit the area👍.

Great place in a beautiful city

We had a great experience at the Pictured Rocks Inn and Suites! The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The building itself is older but they’ve done a good job updating it and keeping it clean! The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub after a long day kayaking! The location was great, right across the street from the grocery store and the BEST gift shop. Great place!

Nice people, okay for 2 night stay.

The room and common areas were clean upon arrival. Pool, hot tub, sauna were nice. However, it was noisy at times (doors slamming, could hear people talking in hallways, etc). Overall, it was a nice place to stay

This hotel is very outdated. Our room had a strong musty smell. The carpet was threadbare- literally. The AC stopped in the middle of the night. The door has a space at the bottom and we could hear every conversation from people in the hall. This hotel is expensive for the condition it is in. It is not quaint or charming. Big disappointment. Would not stay here or in Munising again. There are other places close by.
