The hotel is from the 1950's and feels like it. If you want something quaint from that era this is your place but old comes with little space to move around. Barely any room to walk around the bed or walk to shower. Couch, tables are maybe decades old. The portable ac is extremely loud. There was fried egg still on stove knob.

The view of the bay from our room was AMAZING!!! Our room was also very clean. We had the room with a balcony and a king-sized bed. The mini-fridge was bigger than I expected. The coffee pot was a four-cup drip-style. The microwave was small but worked well. As a motel, it is nice; it needs a little updating, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. They are dog-friendly... which is a huge plus for us. The common area had a lawn with nice grass, public charcoal grills, chairs, tables, and free ice. If you are noise-sensitive, be aware that there is a commercial facility down the road that you can hear the low hum of the machinery.
