Room smelled like a wet dog Toilet had a lot of trouble flushing- had to hold handle down for a minute to get it to flush. Check-in - person that did it was unwelcoming For size of hotel - seating in breakfast area was - very limited For the money that hotel charged , I will definitely find other alternatives.

Kids loved the slide

We had a great stay! The kids loved the slide. They were a little disappointed that it wasnt on all the time, but still enjoyed the pool too. The pillows were a little flat, but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for everyone!

We were given a handicap room which actually gave us added space. Being on the 2nd floor end room the stairs were convenient to access the outdoors. Area of the bathroom was limited for 2 guests.

We choose this place for the "water park". It is a slide that they don't open until 6pm, even though the details written said it opened at 4pm. We were the only ones there one day and I asked them to open it early (since the boys were bored of the 3ft. pool, but was told no. There are no decent family restaurants (except for Earl E. Birds) nearby and things are pricey but the falls and the Riptide Pictured Rocks Tour were amazing!!!!!

Worker at night was caring enough to see if we would like to use pool as no one was in pool area when we got there, Very nice young man and caring staff. Made my daughters night as she was looking forward to pool and slide. Would definitely recommend this fine property.

The refreshing of food for breakfast could be better. I’ve noticed a lot with hotels that the breakfast room is tiny with few tables. Maybe also have more 2 person tables that can be shoved together as needed by larger groups. There was only 2 of us and we had to sit at a table for 4. We were not the only ones. Have the breakfast attendant help people with putting tables together/ or apart.
