In the middle of a construction zone

The staff were all very kind and welcoming. But the hotel was so disappointing. They had mentioned that renovations were currently happening to the hotel, but the conditions were awful. Flooring was ripped up, walking on plywood, drywall dust on the floors, sauna/hot tub broken.

Comfortable beds, great view!

Lovely, clean refurbished room with fabulous lake view. Comfortable beds, terrific front desk, and breakfast service. All around great value for the price. We will stay here again next time we visit Munising.

The room’s heater was turned off when we got there (outside temps were near zero) and it took quite a while for the room to heat up. Breakfast was average— pancake machine and oatmeal crock were not working. Hotel was under construction with cold air and dust in hallways. Room was clean and staff nice.

Great place to stay! They are remodeling it now, and we stayed in the remodeled section, it is very nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Friendly staff, too. We would definitely stay again. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you.
