Lack of housekeeping while you’re checked in even after 3 days. Breakfast will be a muffin and cereal. Pool looked scary. Room had nice new floors. Overall ok to sleep there at night but wouldn’t choose this hotel again

Room was clean and ok for the price on a busy weekend. The registration staff were wonderful for check-in and check-out. However the gal working on a Saturday early evening was no where to be found when I wasn't able to access my room. After calling the phone for 10-15 minutes she finally showed up with no explanation, just saying she never heard it ringing. Hence, the dinner I had bought to eat in my room was cold. It put a damper on what had been a nice day.

I reserved a queen deluxe and they tried giving me a room with two double beds... The issue was solved rather quickly.
We didnt like that they closed the pool and hot tub an hour earlier than they used too.

Stayed there for the night with family. Room was good and clean. We forgot our cooler after checkout, called them when we realized and they held it at the desk for us to pick up when we returned later in the day.

The only positive things about this hotel was that the room was very clean, and there was a waffle maker for breakfast. The staff that checked us in were pre-occupied because it was a "shift change." We weren't told the breakfast hours for the next day, the wi-fi password, the pool hours, anything. Just room key and go. The room we ended up with had an adjoining door, which we obviously kept locked. However our neighbors had a dog who, every time a door opened, barked. The walls were also so thin that you could hear the neighbors TV, which according to my husband, was turned on at 4am and turned all the way up (I can sleep through anything, he can't). Complaining to the hotel staff did nothing. I was very disappointed, the amount of money we spent on this hotel room, we had such terrible service.

The rooms are tiny with low ceiling and can hear into every room around you loudly. If you are on second floor be mindful that you sound like an elephant to the first floor. Even toilet flushing is load. Terrible sleep. Musky/moldy smell too.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that your room was overlooked for stay over service. A quick call to the front desk would have had that taken care of immediately for you. I will definitely make housekeeping more aware of watching multi night stays are getting serviced. Breakfast is continental but definitely has more than muffin and cereal. Yogurt, fruit, different types of granola bars and juices all are options as well. Not a hot breakfast by any means, however, we only advertise a continental. We appreciate your feedback and your stay with us.
