Carpets need to go. Very unhealthy for allergy sufferers. Smell unpleasant, room was over 3hrs late past check in time due to not enough cleaning crew scheduled. Obvious it was a "rush" cleaning job. The management did not have a clue on how to make the appropriate changes to get a room ready for a guest who was already there and waiting. Really?? I even called in advance and told them when I was coming!!!! When I explained the problems to the manager, they said they could not do anything to reimburse me for the negative issues since I booked through a third party. ?? I had no idea I booked through this "third" party as booking online can be misleading and confusing. I was treated as if my complaints were nothing to them and they did not care to address them in any way. I paid way too much for such poor quality and rude, "I could care less" treatment from the management. The other staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. That said, I will never stay there again unless they get rid of the nasty carpets and the negative, very unprofessional management. I feel taken advantage of simply because I was not aware of the online booking scams. Poor excuse to not even attempt to fix a guests issues. This is the fastest way to lose business permanently. You've lost mine. Too bad for you as I come to the area at least 3x a year...
