Room heater wouldnt adjust temp properly. Cold and had it at 75. Bed uncomfortable and too small for 2 people. Walls dirty and scuff marks. Very dirty place and walking outside to lobby was cold and inconvenient. No one at desk. Had to wait for desk clerk. They need to stopcdoi n g housekeeping job and stay at counter! No sleep.

Room was pretty awesome and gave us casino vibes. The main areas for breakfast were clean and open and the staff were so nice and helpful. We would stay there again for sure!!! We had a great night and the price was unbeatable!!

The room has bedbugs! Not just our room, several other rooms as well.
Full adult bedbugs. Staff checked and agreed that they were in fact bedbugs.
Several other rooms were impacted, even college ski team rooms.
Both beds in the room have bedbugs.

Very dirty in room, hallway and pool area. I cut my foot walking towards the hot tub. Sharp rocks or something metal around area. Hot water for drinks was cold. Had to turn thermostat up to 80 to feel 68 in room . Allergy attack from how dirty it was with dust that had to go too emergency room and local Walmart to get pills to help. Check in staff wasn't friendly and not helpful. Morning front desk gave attitude when I asked for hot cocoa and when I said hot water was cold. No clocks in rooms asked for a wake up call and it was an hour late.
