House exactly as described

The house was setup nicely with all amenities needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs. Good communication from the owner when I needed help accessing the property. Only watch out was my dog found a pest trap under the bed. I picked up all the traps to ensure that she didn’t get into more and get sick.

Interior was beautiful.Missing threshold at back right bedroom needs immediate attention, as one of us cut our toe due to exposed nails.Bathroom cushioned toilet seat needs to be replaced with a conventional hard toilet seat.
