Home has a max occupancy of 6 people no matter the age. beds for 4 Occupants This will be enforced to the utmost

Home is pet friendly and will require a non-refundable fee, the amount depends on pet size and breed. The owner has set no pets over 60 pounds.NO CATS ( Owner is severly allergic)

Cabana Club included and passes will be available at the club located in Key Colony a 15-minute drive from the home

One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.

Check-in is at 4 pm and access information given 24-48 hours before arrival.

Quality Control Staff will be checking the property on the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

Towels and Linens are provided.

A starter kit of toiletries are provided, you will need to provide additional supplies for the duration of your stay

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
