Let’s start with…We were supposed to have a Deluxe queen room. Instead, we had two full size beds. Nowhere to lay suitcases open, no sitting area, nothing. Not ideal with a family of 4 staying. The room was rundown in every way shape and form. Absolutely nowhere to put things in the bathroom, such as makeup hair products etc. You’re essentially living out of your suitcase and bags while here because there is nowhere to go with anything. Now onto outside. The gnats are atrocious! We’re still extremely itchy 5 days after being home. Cannot sit outside your patio, near the pool, or even a walk to the water. Which by the way, is probably why there are so many gnats..the sea grass that as washed up is housing all these things!! A little cleaning out would go along way. Which also stinks terribly. Had I not of had two children with me and not wanting to shuffle them around, we would’ve definitely looked for somewhere else to stay!

I stayed here for one week by myself with my dog. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed the king suite Sea view room. The room had been recently updated and felt like a small apartment. This area was very safe and extremely dog friendly, the pool was very inviting and the property sits right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend staying on a top floor as sounds tend to travel quite easily between the rooms. There are kayaks and paddle boards to use for free and jet ski and boat rentals available on site. This property is on grassy key a few miles before the heart of marathon and you do see a lot of grass washed up into the waters just off the hotel site. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend staying here as well.

The room had a strong bleach smell that caused severe allergic reactions for our entire family. More importantly, there were likely insects present, as all of us were bitten across our bodies.

The exterior description of the property is accurate; however, the room photos in the listing are misleading. The Superior King room we stayed in felt more like an efficiency. The bed was positioned directly next to the kitchen sink, with no separation as shown in the listing photos. The shared outdoor furniture needs replaced, as several chairs are unusable. The room itself was clean, however the strong cleaning fumes lingered for several hours even after airing it the room out, which made conditions uncomfortable throughout the night.

It was extremely run down and extremely dirty. Certainly not worth the price we paid. Cobwebs all over I couldn’t pull the chain on the fan because it was covered in cobwebs, the floors were so dirty we could not walk barefoot, our socks were black, the microwave and fridge were gross. There was some sort of dehumidifier device that did not work. We did not dare put our stuff in the drawers. Furniture was run down. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Chairs felt like they were going to collapse when sitting. We were so disappointed and felt duped for the price we paid. They cheated us. Don’t go to this place save your money.

Maria at the front desk was so nice and welcoming, letting me look around the property before deciding to making my booking decision. I got there an hour bedorw check in and she allowed me to gonin my room early. She even suggested a nearby place to eat. The room was neat and had a fully stocked kitchenette. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean. However there was a strong odor assumed it was cleaning product. Had to keep the door open in order to tolerate the smell. Tried taking a shower at 8pm and the next morning at 5am and didn't have any hot water. On a good note,location and view was excellent! And their were water sport activities that you could rent

Staff was great! The only thing wrong with the room was couldn't get gas stove to turn on. It is a beautiful property to stay at with jet ski rental and sunset cruises right on property for reasonable price 😀!
