Great views. Wonderful family setting. Pool, dock, outside area were incredible. Very attentive management team. Also loved the location for boating, fishing, restaurants on the water and stores to restock. Enjoyed our stay and the memories will last a lifetime.

Loved our Christmas in Marathon!

The location was great! The house was clean and well maintained. Stocked kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner each night and property managers were easy to contact and helpful with wifi questions (the only “issue” we had the entire week).

Annual Family 3 generation gathering

3 generations stayed a week in September 2024. Plenty of room, comfortable. Could have used a high chair. Everything clean and our biggest enjoyment came from the summer kitchen (minus lots of flies). Nice ice machine, bait freezer. Heated Pool was a delight. Felt secluded but yet Publix and Winn-Dixie was just 4 miles away. Lots of restaurants nearby. As General MacArthur is famous for saying, we will return

Beautiful property

The house and surrounding property was beautiful. Being right on the canal was awesome. It was quiet and the neighboring houses were not too close. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The outdoor kitchen by the pool was a plus. The temperature of the pool was perfect. We all had a fabulous time.

Fabulous house!

Immaculate, well appointed home. On the water and able to have our boat right there all week. New build so everything was in perfect condition. Close to restaurants and excursions. Very comfortable bedding and top of the line linens and towels. Uncovered garage area below has games for every age, foosball, ping pong, corn hole, etc. Bike/walk path crosses across front of driveway and runs length of long street. Great different breed dog watching. Large heated pool. It was a great trip. Will rent again from this location.

Coco plum 102 Vacation

Positive: Home was beautiful and CLEAN which is a big plus for our group. The amenities were spot on and the view was beautiful. Negatives: slow response from the property manager when we contacted them concerning the Wi-Fi issue (NO TV or WiFi for over a week of the two we stayed). The property next door has commercial garbage dumpsters that were very pungent and attracted flies which were very difficult to enjoy the pool and the beautiful outdoor kitchen/bar which is probably something the owner has no control over. The boat ride from the home to the gulf side is very lengthy and we do a lot of lobstering on the gulf side so that was a inconvenience to us which may not be for others. Overall we enjoyed our stayed loved the beautiful home and will return to visit the Florida Keys next year. K. Thomas

Wonderful new home!

We loved staying here! The home was beautiful, spotless, very convenient to a great boat rental place, and was on a very wide and deep canal with easy access to the open water. As a bonus, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, too!!! Loved it!!!!

Very clean and spacious

All bedrooms are on the same level with lots of space. The view out the sliding door windows is stunning. If you like to hang in the lower recreational area, be mindful there is no bathroom. The bikes and cornhole were a great addition too!
