Lots of noise at night. Workers doing renovations are staying on our floor and they come in late and were noisy. Rooms are average but noise is worse than most hotels. Big gap in our door could allow someone to invade privacy.

Location wasn’t too far off the interstate directly across from the Ohio Hwy Post. It was very quiet when we arrived at almost 10pm. The staff were all helpful and friendly! The only “complaint” is that the shower head could be updated. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfy. Would recommend and stay again!

The hotel had been obviously remodeled with good results. The beds were comfortable, with adequate space. My only complaint would be the wi-fi connection. After filling out an unnecessary form, I would lose my connection, and then be asked to fill out the same form. I also lost my connection in the lobby and the was asked give the same info. I gave up.

Staff was top notch! We stayed 2 nights for a race. Traveled from NC. First night was not very good sleeping, due to the air conditioning kept “short cycling” meaning turning on and off every few minutes. It was load enough to wake us all throughout the night and it was not very cool. The next day we were at the track all day and we got a text asking how are stay has been. So we complained about the room. We were told a ticket was put in to have it fixed. When we returned after all day at the track, air has not been fixed. So we messaged back and was told no one would be out to fix it today since it was Sunday. So we asked if we could possibly change rooms and we did. Great night sleep the second night. The guy at the front desk was so nice. I never expect perfection, things happen, but I do expect good service. This was exceptional!
