"Our first visit was, indeed, delightful. Your entire staff was friendly, kind, and so very professional. The hotel is exceptional…gorgeous artwork. The property was very clean, and our room was lovely. The bed is comfortable and the space is generous. Our ONLY complaint is with the bakery goods. They’re awful! Sorry, but everything else is so great and the bakery goods in the little shop were truly terrible…taste, recipe, presentation…all of it. You really NEED a new bakery. More than anything, we loved the staff. We felt cared for by all with whom we had contact. Thanks and thanks again. "
