Stayed here for 4 nights (queen size bed). I so love their room, it has a fridge. And bathroom has hair blower & heater 😁. Staff were very courteous. It's located near Walter Mart just a few blocks away from the hotel & a 7/11 store located at the back. A must stay here in Makati.
The price was cheap and was happy about that. But we have not expected to find in our room so much cockroaches, a few rats, broken door lock, wire in the bathroom hanging open (which the water from the shower almost got in contact with the exposed wire), mosquitoes and some open floors. We have been in this hotel in 2013 and we found cockroaches. and then we stayed in this Inn in 2014 again, because it is cheap and have expected that the rooms will be better now and unwanted insects eliminated. Instead, was worst. The receptionists and the employees were friendly though.
No fuss travel inn which gives you a homey atmosphere. Rooms are a bit small but it will do. This Inn has most amenities a traveler needs. Food at the cafe on the ground floor is not bad, great even. Downside on this inn is that, they charge a fee for safe keeping of bags at the front desk:(. They have transport you can hire. Security is ok, looks like they have cctv per floors, as the inn is located near commercial area and residential area. Hopefully the streets doesn't flood if you opt to stay her during rainy season, you can see the parking elevation compared to the street.
This hotel Inn is well located in the district of Makati and the price is reasonable 1746 pesos = 34 euro for a double bed room 10% discount if you pay by cash The room was clean with a confortable bed and everything working fine : hot water, air conditionning. The rooms are inside a Spanish patio so no window on the street. But it was quiet. The wifi was good and free. So it is a good cheap place to stay in Makati the most expensive district of Manila.
Budget hotel with basic amenities such as fridge, tv, hot shower, hair dryer. Complimentary breakfast included - 3 bread/ Pandesal, scrambled egg and orange juice coffee. Other breakfast selection available but you have to pay for it. The beddings were pretty decent, comfortable, and felt clean. For security there is a small locker with a pad lock in the bathroom.. Towels are provided Cons - Free wifi in the lobby only. The shower area was really small.
Rooms are small and good wnough for a budget traveller.Recommended is to booked via their website as they offer free breakfast and lower rates compared with booking.com The only setback is NO ELEVATOR if your have heavy luggage, that would pissed you off.But they will help you bring your things in your room so dont be afraid.
Check them out from a website. I have no reservations but the front desk officers were very accommodating. It was like I am home with the sound of birds. Very accessible. Walking distance from the mall.
I arrived in the Philippines for a Business matter and I wanted to stay a couple nights. A Taxi Driver helped me to find this place. Located in Makati and has easy access to all important places such as Greenbelt, PLDT, SM, and Landmark shopping complex. Receptionist is pretty clever and bell boys are really helpful at the time of check in and out.
Booked here quite a few times for my guests or friends or families coming from Indonesia. The place is just strolls away from the heart of Makati (still in Makati area, tho') and nearby the Little Tokyo, where you can find Japanese foods. I love their set of staffs now. They are more approachable than the ones they had years ago. :) They smile more and greet the guests, more. Rooms are clean and beddings are so comfortable. Hot water is available and the decor is so homey. Will continue to recommend this property to friends and families. Kudos!
The vintage look of the outer facade can either be inviting or intriguing but the most helpful staff creates that comfort zone upon your arrival. I've been to their standard room which is just big enough for a single accommodation; not as big as others but clean, effectively lighted and comfy. I love the selection of DVDs that guests can enjoy during your stay. It's accessibility to Makati's business center is its biggest come on. Adding a lift and wifi in rooms would have made it perfect. Room 309 also need to have its door lock repaired.
