Beware of Malate Bayview Mansion – Unreliable and Disappointing Experience I recently had an unfortunate experience at Malate Bayview Mansion that I feel compelled to share to help others avoid the same frustration. I had a confirmed booking for a specific unit, but upon arrival, I was assigned to a completely different room that did not match the condition or quality I was expecting. To make matters worse, the owner of the unit seemed more concerned with questioning how I ended up in the wrong room rather than providing an explanation or resolution for the mix-up. The situation was chaotic and disorganized. Despite the owner's claims that they had been waiting for my arrival all day, none of the staff seemed aware of my booking. In fact, I was informed that the property was fully booked on the day I arrived, which left me confused and frustrated. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're considering staying at Malate Bayview Mansion, I would advise caution. My experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied, and I wouldn't want others to go through the same ordeal. Look for accommodations with a better track record of reliability and customer service.
