We stayed at Hotel 101 for 3 nights. The property was a bit dated, we had to wait a little bit after check-in time (2pm) to receive our rooms, the water pressure in the shower was very light, and our room did not have towels when we arrived. The staff were very kind and courteous. I think that with some renovations and fixing small discrepancies, this property could be better. Getting to the mall was very convenient- whether you wanted to walk, tuktuk, or Grab. Jolibee and 7Eleven were very close as well. I would say this property is “you get what you pay for”.

Hotel 101 Manila Reno's Needed, on going

We have stayed previous times a few years ago! Excellent location 7 minute walk to Mall of Asia! Staff are wonderful and attentive, most concerns are resolved quickly! The building is showing it's age, I understand they are renovating which it does need. Cleanliness of our room 829 was poor, mould in washroom, shower corners, floors & walls tile grout was black! Sewer gas smell from floor drains, sinks with the bathroom fan on, drawing it out from poor drainage, I covered all the drains & left the fan off, which made it tolerable. And removed a deodorizer they had behind the toilet, which was very strong and made the smell worse by trying to cover up the smell. Would we stay again, Yes but check out the room before accepting it and checking in for the stay beforehand!

Good place for a decent room in a area very near MOA. Dislikes; Desk staff overworked, most times a group of 15 guests impatiently jocking for the shortest line. 2 or 3 attendants maximum behind the counter with one work station unmanned. Guests were all frustrated, other employees in the lobby doing nothing.
