I have been to Manila many times and I have stayed at several hotels. Hotel 101 is the best of them all. A great free breakfast buffet; many american food items. Housekeeping is awesome and very professional. The hotel is very clean and the staff is impeccable. A caring and family oriented hotel. I recommend this facility to anyone. I shall return!

Staff, location, however the drainage needs work the sink and shower drains slow and the room faucet has no hot water, only the shower has hot water

Grub transportation can be requested at concierge. Restaurant Pilipino menu needs improvement.

Very professional and efficient staff. The bathroom sink is unsatisfactory. Clogged. Not in a very useful condtion. Maintenance staff needs to pay attention. Otherwise cleanliness and comfort is above average.

We left 2 bags. Noone called us to let us know. We had to call them and we picked it up. We realized we still left another item which was beside the bags before we left the hotel. We came back to get it. The housekeeping said that it’s not there. Bad experience. The rooms smell like sewer too.

I'm a budget Traveller and have been to Manila 12 times, and this is the best hotel I've stayed at in the Manila area! Not only was it affordable, but it was walking distance to Mall of Asia. The room was super comfortable and clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, water boiler and safe. The pool was very nice and had a large hut tub. Spending the previous two weeks out in the province and at other budget hotels, it was very nice to finally get a warm comfortable shower! I will definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay close to MOA and Okada and airport.

Over all the hotel is ok in terms of amenities and cleanliness but they can improve on staff courtesy and friendliness. We registered at the desk with our luggages nobody even offered assistance

Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and considerate staff. Sancho in the restaurant was amazing!

I left my vest in front of, the registration desk. After a couple of hours I realized i don't have it. When I called they had it and i was able to get it back. My vest had over $1,000 in the pocket. I was able to get my vest with the money inside my pocket. Kudos to all the hotel staff Thank you for hiring honest employees.please forward this to the hotel management as i, don't have a way of doing it. Thank you for putting Hotel 101 in your list.

We had a good stay wifi is very good, air condition is very good, its just no gym

My first time in manilla I enjoyed the 101 and will stay again .

The hotel key only works for one floor. You need different keys for the door and for the lights and the room is small and very basic. I have another family members booked in different floor and they have to issue another set of keys to get to their floor.
