The AC keeps turning off all the time. Room is dirty (found a chips next to the bed). The mirror has black mold? Very dusty. Room needs renovation. Staff were nice tho!

They refused to check me in early after a long travel. And yes, they have rooms available from what I heard from other staff. They only agreed to accommodate me after a few hours of waiting and I had to guarantee I will leave at 6pm same day (total of 8 hours stay). They could have asked me to pay extra for checking in early. I understand the check in policy is at 2-3pm but I am being asked for my review. If this hotel went above and beyond, I would rate them high. But they did not so I rate them 2 for no compassion and consideration, and having old room/bathroom/supplies.

What stood out was the great customer aervice of their front desk staff. Not because Iam a Filipino bit because they understood how balikbayans travel for many hours to get home. So we needed TLC and a nice rest for our tired bodies. Ron is absolutely great in helping me out. Thank you guys💕

Didnt avail breakfast Problem with airconditioning. Not adjusting like even if i adjusted to a power temperature or still feels barely cool. Water was not hot enough. Lukewarm was more like it. Walls inside wnd outside already have paint bubbles. Theres an evident leak as well outside my room that they probably just recently fixed. I know this is a budget hotel but Red Planet actually does better on the amenities and facilities side of things. Itw acrually slightly more expensive than Red Planet but the former seems to over deliver than this hotel.
