Have stayed there over the years for more than 10 years. They are slowly remodeling and rooms are fresh and clean. New tile in some bathrooms etc. Only problem is the A/C units in our Deluxe Suite had problems. We had to move to another room due to one going bad. Then that room had was more like many of the Chinese Hotels in China. Hard as wood. Had to move a second time the next day. Then the A/C unit only blew cool. Finally after 3 days the A/C compressor went out. Had to put a new one in as couldn't move at midnight. Finally got to sleep after 3 am. Grrrrrr! I will have to say that the staff is very cordial and helpful. Any problem encountered, and there were several, were acted on very quickly and efficiently. A bit pricey for the room though. Also EVERYTHING is extra. Pay for Wifi by the Hour and a fairly high rate and it doesn't work often. We were out pay on two different times as only had one bar and kept disconnecting so had to re-up and start over each time loosing minutes. Grrrrrrrrrrr!. Got one email with some photos out in the one hour. Grrrrrrrrrrr! Close To Mall of Asia and can go many places from there easily. Doormen are excellent and get taxis and instruct them where to go and to use the meter. That is a real plus. Restaurant was good food. Little expensive but realize it is a hotel restaurant. Over all a so so experience this time.

My stay was ok. The location is great but the rooms need an upgrade. Lots of road traffic noise and poor water pressure in rooms. They charge for wifi and the signal is not strong in all rooms.

My stay was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel it was my second stay. :)

Staff very polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was very well priced and spacious. Clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was fine, lousy television connection, easy transportation, pricey food!

even for one night stay before i head out to america i like how it was spacious it had a kitchen spacious living room, my only concern is my was close to the highway so you here the jeepneys beeping all day long, but overall i like this hotel/condo style for the price you get a spacious hotel, rather than staying in the neighbour hotel heritage wow i paid 9,000 peso for one night.

Have stayed here several times over the past year 2014, 2015 and the location is good esp for Mall of Asia. Room service is average - food portions small and some meals advertised not available. Pool is nice, good size. Ask for a room at the back away from highway otherwise very noisy.

Stayed one night after landing Manila enroute to Bangkok. Average budget hotel experience, location not convenient to nice restaurants.

Spent one night here between flights from Manila IAP. Adequate for a night -- an economical three-star hotel says it about right. Location good for airport but need to catch a cab for just about anything else.

There are better amenities at other hotels for the same or even less money. There's a kitchenette but shopping for raw food ingredients is a hassle. A microwave oven would have been more utilitarian. The TV has poor reception and fixed in a location where it can only be watched comfortably if you're lying in bed. There is no TV in the living room. Rooms need insulation from outside noise and air. The window A/C labor's (noisily) hard because cool air escapes through gaps in the doors and windows. Constant noise from street traffic and airplanes taking off could also be blocked with proper insulation. They need to get with the program with wi-fi. It's free everywhere else while their's is not only expensive but has a very weak signal as well. On the bright side, the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. And that's at all stations: front door security, reception, business center, cashier, restaurant, and cleaning crew. They made us feel at home.

The rooms are very clean at this hotel and it is very close to the Mall of Asia and EDSA Entertainment complex. They have their own fleet of taxis as well, so you won't have to worry about the often dishonest Manila taxi drivers. Get a room in the back away from the EDSA if you want quiet. A room near the EDSA could be a nightmare if you want quiet sleep.

Hotel was a good place for a stay before flying back to the States. Hotel was clean but had a problem with initial reservation (reserved a 1 BR suite and initially was given a Studio) but after a short while was given a 1 BR. Could use more niceties (kleenex, writing pad, pen etc) and not having free WIFI was a real drag. For a quick layover it does the job.
