The staff help was amazing. Would definitely return.
Close proximity to the airport Great size pool
I wrote a letter regarding need for a room near the elevator due to arthritis and heart condition immediately after booking. Room was upgraded but did not meet my needs and it took 3-4 hours before I was given another room far from the elevator. The guest service operator didn’t want me to use the first room and I had to threaten the staff that I will have to use the restroom or pee on the floor since they wouldn’t allow me to use my new room currently being serviced. However, it seems they lied because the room wasn’t available between 2-6 pm. There’s no accommodation given at the onset, then 2 staff came and told me to use the first room to rest until they find a room suited for my needs. Poor coordination between staff is apparent as I was given so many 30 mins to one hour promises of getting a new room. Upon exit, slow concierge service due to a bus load of OFW but was not informed about it so my check out time was delayed. Overall, the staff are courteous but not helpful with the check in and check out. I’m a traveler and this is one of the worst check in for me as a disabled guest.
Price is way to high for service provided, Room is small not really clean. Didn't even have coffee in the room Better just go to the Diamond Hotel, cost less and the Breakfast cannot be beat!
Location is excellent, Facility is clean and decor is very nice. Food at the buffet (S Kitchen) has a lot of choices and diverse but in my opinion the cost is over-priced.
I had a late flight and was allowed a late checkout. Staff were exceptionally helpful!
