Prepaid premium room with 2 queen beds, high floor & bayview. I was asking how many people and I replied 1. Was then told they “upgraded” me to 5th floor bunk bed room (no bay view) and insisted no other rooms available. After much arguing they suddenly found a room that met what I prepaid for. I think they were doing a bait & switch on me. They also tried to double-charge my sister who also prepaid for her room. After a long flight from the Us, this was a very stressful, unpleasant experience for our first trip to Manila.

Staff were all polite and courteous but the room had were not clean upon checking in.. bathroom still have hairs on the toilet and floor, toilet stinks, the room light was flickering all night will not stay or recommend

We were welcomed with cockroaches everywhere. Slow room service.
Check in was easy. They will call a taxi or Grab if you want to go anywhere. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The roof top pool bar is great to watch the sunset! Staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs.

When We checked in the was a funny smell in our room, smelled like body odor, called front desk and they sent housekeeping up and the gentleman sprayed lysol, but that only masked the smell, had to keep air conditioning on to keep the smell down. Besides that the room was okay. The hotel was situated in a nice location by the bay. Also had a nice rooftop pool!!!
There’s nothing special about the hotel or facility. Even though we were only there for about 5 hours (only used the room to take a shower and finalize packing), I was disappointed to know that the price for the room didn’t include breakfast. It was too expensive even compared to Texas and other states hotels standard. I didn’t like the bathroom with half glass door with the water splashing outside the shower as you take your shower. It was okay, nothing special worth noting, the price definitely was overpriced. Thank you!
I stayed for three nights, room was clean, wifi was great, staff were helpful. breakfast was okay nothing spectacular. I will definitely stay in this hotel because its close to the airport and mall of Asia and its a dream shop here during the Christmas season.
