Really great place! Room was clean and there was hot water. We were told there was luggage storage when we contacted but there wasn’t which was a bit inconvenient but, other than that, highly recommend!

The kitchen faucet was partially detached and falling into the sink. There was mold on the cork hot pads and on a wooden spoon. The kitchen drawers were all filthy. There is rust on the stove burners. Someone before us cooked ramen in the electric kettle and that was left. The wifi worked for about 2hrs per day.

Property was unkept. Pictures posted was far from actual units. We talked to the owners and staffs but they didn't do anything about our concerns. It would be nice if this property was fair to their customers. I am an expedia user and this is my first time I experienced this. The AC was not working properly. Rooms are dirty and bad smell. Network signals are really bad it looks like we had an horror experience. The hallway was so creepy! Misleading with customers just to have profit is really a bad business tactics. Hopefully expedia will do something about this.

While it is clear that the property is not an actual hotel, better quality bath towels can still be provided. Power outlets need fixing as some can't be used because they are pushed inside the frame. Overall, it's a decent and clean place perfect for overnight or more if you wanna stay close to the airport.

The room was as advertised. It was nice and was clean. The staff was very good and did walk with us to our room, abd explained the operation of kitchen appliances. We enjoyed cooking some meals in our hotel room.

The lobby too the establishment makes u believe you’ve chosen somewhere lovely but that’s about it for us. The property is in average condition and is adequate for a safe stay. They promise Netflix, but in reality you may or may not get it— if they are busy, probably not. The concierge said it’s ‘first come, first served’— which isn’t in their ads. lol. I was there 2 weeks and had one ask if they wanted to clean. I am a single man and entertained different guests nightly. I paid, up front to have guests. They were different about the entry policy— sometimes there were no questions … other times it was a dozen questions. Just depends on who was on the desk, I guess. It’s a safe adequate place. Close to T3 at the airport— walking there in 5 minutes! Several eating places close.

Well situated to terminal 3, the airport, clean, safe. Everything is close by. We didn't like the bed, very squeaky, the air con was noisy when the compressor kicked in and at times we couldn't connect to Netflix. The room was very clean including the bathroom, and personnel was very polite and friendly. And they had very competitive prices.
