Elevators are out of Service 80% of the time!

Our stay is not so good because the elevator is often times out of Service ! It’s very inconvenient to walk to the other wing of the Building so that we can get to the only elevator that’s working ( 3 of the 4 elevators are out of Service )!

easy access to the airport and kindhearted staff. Room that I took is reasonable price but the bathboom door lock is missing. No problem to me cause solo traveler. Has a chipping cup and linen too old. Could have a better comforter/bed cover at least inexpensive but not too old and fading.

very convenient to stay not to far from the airport. Access a free shuttle/van and pick up to and from newport resort and nearby hotels. Nice and kind staff to answer queries. I know per night of the room that I took is reasonable price but it would be better if the door knob of the CR is fixed though I didn't worry cause all by myself. The bed cover as so faded and could have been upgraded a bit. Could have changed the chipped cup with inexpensive ones. Just a suggestion.

Short but sweet stay

I’m so glad I found this place! It’s not a hotel, it’s a condotel. Meaning you’re gonna stay in someone’s condo. So don’t expect what you expect at a hotel. From the moment I checked in with Ate Diding (I think that’s how you spell her name) she brought me to one of the condos. She explained everything well. The condo itself is clean and spacious. There’s a washer in the bathroom to wash your clothes and he even provided toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste. I brought my own so I was ok. There’s a fridge and a microwave. Plus the WiFi is pretty fast. I loved that there are so many restaurants downstairs and a Watsons. I also like the fact it’s literally on the other side of NAIA terminal 3 cause my flight was the next morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Henry and friendly staff!

This was not a hotel, it was someone's dirty roach infested condo. It had no tv cable, no pool as advertised. Towels were nothing more than dirty rags with tattered holes. The shower door was broke off and water pressure was limited. Do not make this mistake, stay clear.
