The property is nice and modern looking. Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. No sheet between the guest and itchy blanket. Overall good choice for the budget traveler.

A day without breakfast

The room experience is good. Though breakfast cannot be packed and take out let say we need to leave the hotel early and decided to takeout the food. I hope this can be consider.

Overall good

Clean and comfortable room. Staff is good and looks after requirements. No working cable TV as has been this way for months. Internet is okay for light use. Very quiet are and waking distance to necessities. Overall a very good deal for budget hotel in the area.

Great Budget and Comfort

Hotel is at the heart of Makati. Really lets you experience the culture away from the tourists. Their low number of rooms allows them to provide very personal and high quality service. Super Low Prices, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

좋았어요. 무엇보다 친절한 직원들이 최고였습니다. 모기가 많은데 어떻게 할 수가 없어서 그냥 모기 쫓는 거 하나 샀어요. 그것 빼고는 가성비 최고의 숙소라고 할 수 있네요. 호텔이라고 부르기는 좀 그렇고, 혼자 지내기에는 최고.

Ungepflegtes Hotel

Hatte ein kleines Zimmer mit 1 Einzelbett.Kein Schrank. Kakerlaken und Ameisen teilten das Zimmer mit mir. Das außerhalb des Zimmers befindliche Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. WC Deckel von der Dusche vollgespritzt, Boden nass, nicht sehr einladend. Das Frühstück war teilweise ungenießbar, habe nur den Reis gegessen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff was excellent and personable. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is perfect I didn't come here to hang out in my room. I'm already planning my next trip back to the Philippines all the people here are amazing the rest of the world could learn a lot from them. Peace.

Amax Inn hat auf Feedback reagiert, diese irreführende Info, "Zi. de Luxe" (ohne Bad) habe ich nach Check In angesprochen. Leider keine Einsicht, diese kam erst nach meiner Feedback-Meldung und man will mir beim nä. Aufenthalt ein entsprechendes Zi. zur Verfügung stellen, ....mh jetzt bin ich wieder im (D) zurück.

寝るだけなら問題なし

シャワー、トイレは共同。今回は深夜便で到着し就寝のみなのでとくに問題なかったが、もう一泊するなら別のホテルにする。飲料水のボトルサービス無し。このエリアには夜10時を過ぎると車の入場制限があり、車でホテルに近づくには遠周りしなければならない。（人だけは通過できるゲートあり、これが閉鎖されるため）
