The location is unmatched: only two blocks from Aggieville and an easy walk to City Park and Kansas State University. Coffee shops, restaurants, green spaces, and campus events are all right outside your door, giving you the freedom to explore Manhattan without ever needing to drive.

We are available by the Airbnb messaging app and able to respond quickly should you need anything at all throughout your stay.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described/pictured. It was immaculate, well decorated, stocked with every kitchen item you could possibly need, ample parking in front, bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Great location, in walking distance to Aggieville and the University. The host, Jason, was very responsive! We would definitely stay there again.

Host communication pre-visit was excellent. The room was nice and in a nice building. Convenience to Aggieville as advertised - excellent. Was exactly what we needed. Only a couple of suggestions - the small wooden platform to stand on when exiting the shower becomes a toe-jammer during a night time trip to the toilet. Also, the ceiling fan, there are no obvious controls and my message asking how to leave the ceiling fan on but turn off the light was never answered. Overall a very nice stay and we would absolutely stay there again for future Manhattan visits.
