Dave and Grace were very responsive. The king bed was very comfortable. The living areas were good and there is a lot of room upstairs for guests. The TV and sound system were easy to operate. Stairs are a little steep, but there is an entry door at the garage level. Plenty of paper products and toiletries. Walgreens, Wal Mart, Dillons grocery, and restaurants all within a mile. Would stay again.
