Terrific place to stay! We came to town for a KSU football game and this location was perfect between the game and walking to Aggieville. Everything was very clean and the host was great! He checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues or anything! The only thing to point out is the blue couch in the upstairs living room is a bit small, so take note before having a tall adult stay on it. Would definitely recommend!

The Cozy Stone is a wonderful find! From the ease of communication with our host to the wonderfully clean home and the centralized location to K State, we could not have asked for better accommodations! Street parking was very easy and the neighborhood had a calm and quiet vibe. Even though the Cozy Stone is fairly close to the train tracks, the occasional sound of the passing train was not a bother. We did have a tornado warning during our stay- we are in Kansas after all-but there is a basement for anyone that is concerned. The bedding and mattresses were clean and comfortable. The house smelled amazing and there were plenty of kitchen items to work with. In total, we were very impressed and hope to use the Cozy Stone for return trips to visit our kids!

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy stone! It was very nicely renovated and roomy! My family enjoyed the split living spaces and the proximity to parks. We were not comfortable with necessity of street parking. But otherwise comfortable and well attended to by host.
