This place is a dump

Overall the property was messy due to renovations. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and when this was brought up to the front desk, the man was extremely dismissive and arrogant that it was impossible the room could smell because it was just renovated two days ago. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the TV was not connected to cable or services and the bathroom was not the cleanest. There were pink water drops on the outside of the tub, the walls and door. The door was very sticky the first night but then wouldn’t lock when you closed it. It could be opened without a key just by pushing on the door. The cleaning staff were nice and accommodating when we asked for extra towels.

Great staff. Building needs roof repair & my door wasn’t the most secure. Looks like it may have been busted in. I woke up at 3 a.m. to what I thought was someone showering but it was the toilet next to my room doing the refill pause refill! This continued until I checked out at 10. Told the desk clerk that they needed to call a plumber. Glad I didn’t have to drive far to get home as I was exhausted!

Property was decent. I liked that the prices weren't super jacked up for game day like the other properties were. Bed was hard, and room wasnt the cleanest, but it worked for what we needed.

Weird odor in hallways and room, ice machines out order, no pool, really small beds, my view through the window was rail road tracks, reduced parking lot only in the front part of hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s the only option..

good location....clean

The hotel was not clean. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. Stains on curtains. Beds were old and broke down, you can feel the springs. Holes in the wall and splatter of stuff on all walls. Both nights there was issues with guest runny up and down halls, knocking on doors, yelling and fighting. I felt unsafe. Will not be using this hotel again.

overall the property was clean but everything about it was very dated and worn, carpets stained and worn, furniture has chipping paint and exposed screws to keep it together. reclining chair was stained with holes in cloth covering. bathroom tile was missing grout. chose this hotel because of indoor pool which was closed for maintenance during stay

Nice hotel but very close to railroad tracks. So close floor vibrated when trains went by.

Absolutely horribly painful. I've never been in such a stressful environment in my life.

Very pleasant hotel and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was struck with how clean the place is. It smells clean, it looks clean. It felt reassuring. We got a slightly larger room with a couch which was nice for entertaining other family members. The lounge at this hotel would have been fine for that too. I was especially impressed with the variety offered at breakfast and the tidiness of the serving and eating area. Maria did a heck of a job keeping that so clean and orderly. Had to find her and say thank you, I was so impressed.

Good bed with lots of pillows. Excelkant access ti the places we needed to go

The hot tub was so hot that we couldn't get into it the first night we were there. It was a little cooler on the third night, but the chlorine was so strong that our eyes would not stop watering, and it was hard to even keep our eyes open. The buffet had no cream cheese, yogurt, butter etc on our third morning. The coffee ran our by 8 AM

We stayed in more than 1 hotel of Quality Inns. If you are talking about the one in Manhattan, NE, we were not happy. My answers refer to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Manhattan. The room was clean, fresh smelling. The staff was friendly and accessible. The beds were "Goldilocks," just right---not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast food was plentiful and hot. I call everything as I see them but can't find a single bad thing to say about the room or the hotel. I even complimented them at check out.

Stayed here as a more economical option for a conference I attended in Manhattan.

Comfortable night's stay with a good breakfast. Will stay in this hotel again.

I was in town for an event, and this had easy access to campus. Solid, functional.

The biscuits and gravy for breakfast were Awesome. The staff was super friendly. The air conditioner was a little loud when not running, but I didn't tell anyone about it so I can't really complain.
