We had a great stay. Staff were great. Apartment great. Location fab! Does exactly what it says on the tin.... Had a slight issue with ‘fridge-gate’ but was rectified straight away & an apology letter, wine & sweets left for us. Really great...
Do not expect luxury! But it's a reasonable place to stay with family. The receptionist is very helpful.bus stop is just outside the hotel. 5mins from the station. Fair place. Priced a little higher than what it provides. Needs renovation.
The apartment was nice, nice layout and all. My one major problem is with the the STAFF! They wouldn’t let me change my guest name over to another guest even though I had a 2 bedroom apartment and my guest had to go because of a family emergency. I managed to persuade someone to stay over with me as it was me wasting money having a spare bedroom, but when my mate arrived the hotel turned him down as it wasn’t in there policy to change names and that I should have looked into the future and knew my originial guest would have an emergency
From the get go I was made uneasy by the overly keen reception staff stating what I could and couldn't do. My guests felt the same. I didn't feel like I had any freedom and was being watched by the reception staff every time I went down for a smoke. They told me all guests must have ID, which wasn't stated on Booking.com, when I challenged this as not all of my party had ID, they continued to argue and state that they make the rules and there is nothing they can do. The apartment was small and basic and not "Luxury" as they imply. The reception staff didn't answer the telecom from my room for 15 minutes (I only wanted the Wifi password). All told I would have a look around before you dive in and book here (Definitely not good for lads going out on the pull)
I had a two-bed apartment on 10th floor. Amazing views, great facilities and highly recommend staying here rather than a hotel. It was extremely spacious and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. A short taxi ride into the city or a 20 minute walk. Very convenient.
6 of us stopped in the apartment for weekend three night (6th to 9th Oct) apart 413. Very spacious had all we needed and very clean. Staff helpful. No car park, but there is a public on around the back at £8 per 24hrs. Would go back again!
The apartments are very conveniently located right in between piccadilly and the northern quarter , so 2 mins from everywhere just off great ancoats street. The apartment we had, room 1001 was on the 11th floor, which slept 6 and 2 bedrooms. We were Also the only apartment on that floor so was very private. The apartment itself was lovely and decorated to a high standard and spotless, with everything you could possibly need, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer.. Everything...but the highlight for me was the beds! They were the comfiest Iv slept in.. The lovely Irish lady on reception told me they were all new and that they are the same make the queen has, must look into that! I really didn't want to leave... The views were also stunning. I would not hesitate to go back , and hope to soon and very highly recommend. We had a really nice time and stay.
We were a group of 8 girls spending the weekend in Manchester and these apartments were perfect. A short walk from the station and a short walk to the shops/restaurants. The beds were comfy and the facilities were just what we wanted. There's an Aldi over the road so we bought some breakfast bits for the morning and other food/wine bits for later in the day. The staff were great and we could easily get taxis booked for when we went out for the evening. It was a little noisy in the early hours with everyone returning from bars/clubs but nothing ear plugs won’t help with.
I stayed here for business for one night. Hotel is 5 minutes form the very centre of Manchester and within easy walking distance to the Northern quarter for restaurants etc.. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly... I stayed on the 7th floor and the apartment was fantastic. Good quality finishing throughout and it was immaculate. There is a food store directly over the road if you wanted to cook etc I will return the next time I work in Manchester...
Good sized apartments with washing machines and ironing boards. 10 minute walk from Northern Quarter. Supermarket across the road. Comfy beds and decent shower water pressure. Towels and linens provided. Very helpful staff. Stayed midweek for business.
