Room was immaculately clean, kettle tea and coffee provided as well as body wash and shampoo, . The staff from the pleasant and helpful lady at check in to the lady on the food bar wrepkesant and helpful. So convenient from T 2 for an overnught.towels were lovely as well

Checked into the hotel and was told I had four hours parking outside the hotel prior to moving my car to the long stay. Was told it would take an hour for the long stay car park barrier to activate with my registration ID.. left the Hotel car park one hour and eight minutes. I have now come home to a £60 fine for parking my car outside the hotel Unbelievable You stay in a budget hotel and then you get stung for £60 and if you don’t pay it in two weeks it goes up to £100.

Room was poorly maintained. Could feel bed base through mattress. Two light bulbs broken. Toilet flush broken, kept trickling water. No hot water in shower at 3am, despite there being hot water in the sink taps, meaning I had to fly without showering! Then no staff to tell when leaving the hotel. Spend the extra few quid and go anywhere else!

The budget nature of the hotel showed up in a fairly basic room, clean and tidy but with a thinner mattress than other places, a simple plastic chair at a wall mounted ledge that acts as the table. It had a blackout roller blind which does the job plus lighting controls and USB sockets at the bed so you don't stumble around in the dark.

The twin room I booked had no space between the beds so was essentially a double. When I asked about it I had to upgrade (pay more money) for a family room so my disabled partner could have his own bed. In the family room the single bed was so comfortable the springs in the mattress dug into you. We had our evening meal there. And nest was out on my vegetarian pizza. It took so long for them to rectify this my partner has finished his meal before mine arrived. The table next to us experienced a similar problem and were offered free drinks as an apology - we did not.

Not the most comfortable bed, but the room was clean. Staff were friendly and the service in the bar was good. If you want somewhere cheap to stay before an early flight, Ibis is good value for money.

Yes, the staff were fine. I was very disappointed that the t.v. was not accessable due to a fault. Particularly as i had arrived earlier than i had needed to, based on having this facility.
