Avoid this property at all costs. The listing photos are completely outdated and bear little resemblance to the actual apartment. The balcony is advertised with furniture however there is none. The TV is a tiny 22 inches despite a large TV being shown in the photos. Both bedroom beds are different to those advertised. Most seriously, the apartment is listed as non-smoking yet reeked of smoke on arrival, I have asthma and this was a serious health risk, not a minor inconvenience.
The host's communication was appalling. It took over four hours to receive a response, they admitted the photos were outdated but offered nothing meaningful in return. They attempted to hide behind a non-refundable cancellation policy despite this being a misrepresentation complaint, not a cancellation. They took our money, left us high and dry, and showed no urgency or genuine care whatsoever.
We were forced to abandon the apartment after one night of what should have been a special anniversary trip and find emergency alternative accommodation at our own expense. This property should not be listed until the photos accurately reflect reality.
Utterly disgraceful. Avoid at all costs, and take this from a traveller that books apartments monthly, this was the worst apartment and host I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Great place and location, Ash was fantastic to communicate with, sent tips on what to see etc.
I felt this place was normally used by young people wanting to party in town. We aren’t young and enjoyed being close to everything in town. The beds need to be replaced, and a bit more effort on cleaning and the place would be perfect.
