Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. very clean and well equipped. I do find the bed so close to the window cold on that side, had to use the throw provided. Also, can't walk around the bed to the right hand side so less easy to get into bed, very comfortable though. That is a negative for us an older couple but everyhing else is great.

A great room with an excellent view, we were given a city view room as a little upgrade on arrival which was very nice. Having stayed a few times we're always greeted by very friendly staff, particularly the 2 Lukes. Great location too, trams right outside

Lovely hotel, well located, near one of the major tram stations (making it easy to get around the city). The room was pretty large and well equipped, and was also extremely quiet (a little surprising given it's right in the middle of the city).
